We have obtain the sponsorship from Kansai Paint.
Before meeting <Question> :
Problem one, all the surface at site needed to be clean up before painting occurs. Cleaning will take more than half a day, so if we plan that we go there a day before launching, things might not work out.
Problem two, there are wood as surface material for painting, and it require specific primer paint to be apply on. Which will give a strong chemical odour to the space for at least three days. Which means, if we don’t want any of the odour to be part of the launching, things better be done earlier.

We have two suggestions but at the end we still need to make more than one trip?
After Meeting <Decide> :
1. There will be two trips, one to clean and one to paint/place flooring/replacement of windows. We have to discuss who goes when because no need for one person to go twice unless they want to.
2. The amount of paint we will need to send to the sponsorship team.
3. That we have to provide our own transport to go there.
The dates we are going are
-1st June 2019 for cleaning and prep
-15th June 2019 for final painting, floor, window replacement etc
For group 03 :
The estimated price we need :
6 big brushes = 6 x RM6 = RM36
5 medium brushes = 5 x RM4 = RM20
4 small brushes = 4 x RM1 = RM4
4 paint roller = 4 x RM5 = RM20
4 paint container = 4 x RM6 = RM24
1 orangeyellow color pelaka 500g = RM10.60
Total = RM 114.60
